This is the perfect muffin recipe. Very easy to make. For the previous reviewer who had craters, you may have stirred your batter too much. Also, the crumb mixture turns out best when the butter is cold. Will make these every blueberry season from now on. Lots of rave reviews in this house.

This came out wonderful. I took the advice of other reviewers and only used about 1/3 of the sugar and it was plenty sweet. Used leftover fresh string beans and leftover corn scraped from the cob. Left out the pimentos, not too crazy about those. Everyone loved and said how fresh it tasted. Even the picky eaters liked it. Will make this every summer now.

I've made these a couple of times now and we love them! Tried one time with Cheddar Cheese but really do prefer them made with American Chees.
