Tofu Parmigiana
2/4 kids really liked this; my husband did not and I thought it was mediocre. It still was very clearly tofu; it was not a great treat. We won't be making it again. If you're just looking for a way to use up some tofu like we were, keep looking!

Real Sopapillas
Excellent! I made these for my son's Mexican themed kindergarten potluck and they were gone in a flash. I fried them on my stovetop in a pan with oil set on medium heat. Dusted w/powdered sugar & topped w/honey. The house smells great! As for reviews stating they're inauthentic - these are just like the ones you get in a restaurant.

Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Cake
Fantastic! Very simple to make. I used crushed oreo cookies w/o the centers for the bottom. Topped with canned whipped cream. Next time I'll put strawberries along the bottom as suggested by another poster, I think that'd taste delicious. Also, I used "whipping cream" instead of "heavy cream" and it worked out just fine - the recipe calls for "heavy whipping cream" and it all worked out fine.
