This cheesecake is phenomenal! My friend and I doubled the filling, used Fuji apples, and used cinnamon graham crackers for the crust. We were so excited that we even stole a piping hot bite right out of the oven! This cheesecake is so creamy and not too sweet. It's perfect!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These are some of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever made! I made regular sized cookies (about 1 inch balls) and they came out with crispy edges and soft middles. Perfect!

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

This recipe is great! I do add a few modifications, however. I add 3 minced garlic cloves (I'm crazy for garlic!), 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tsp Louisiana hot sauce. I also axe the green pepper, but that's just a personal preference. I always add 2 c of rice 30 min before I serve, just to soak up the extra liquid. Makes great leftovers!

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes and Asparagus

This is probably the most delicious side I've ever made. Everyone who's eaten it has loved it, and it makes my whole apartment smell great! I followed the recipe exactly and it was perfect.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

This turned out perfect! My fiance and I just loved it. It made a LOT of meat, so we've got leftovers in the freezer! I would definitely try liquid smoke like others have suggested for next time, though.

Sausage Pasta

When I read the recipe, it seemed like it had great potential. After eating it, however, I was disappointed to find that it was bland and watery. Even worse, the leftovers smell awful! I was not impressed.

Apple Oatmeal Cookies II

The cookies were very bland. Not inedible, but definitely not for someone with a sweet tooth like mine. I think I'll try adding brown sugar next time and see if they're any better.
