I love to make homemade enchilladas--you name it--beef, chicken seafood!! My family believes that I have mastered the art of a great lasanga. I enjoy cooking things from scratch--though, with work--it can be a little hard to fit in. Every Christmas I MUST make my lasanga. My uncle's request is to put pepperoni in it--that way he KNOWS that it was homemade--and not from a box. LOL Family......as if. Anything that has to do with baking!!!!! I don't know if I just don't have the patience--but I cannot bake if my life depended on it!!
