Lately I've developed some additional expertise in finger foods - I've become the "Antipasto Expert" for potluck meals with my husband's family. I made nine cakes for my son's baptism party (many in advance, some the day of) and they all held up great despite the outdoor reception in 90 degree heat! Too numerous to mention...
