Turkey Mercedes

I have cooked my Thanksgiving & Xmas turkey using this recipe, for the past 2 years now, and it turns out lucious every time. Our whole family and friends raves about the turkey. Great recipe!

Brandied Orange and Cranberry Sauce

This recipe is okay but not half as good as my Cranberry Relish. I will not make this again. I will Just stick with my recipe that I sell each year at christmas bazaar's.

Black Beans and Rice

I thought the recipe was very bland. Not much flavor. It might have more flavor if I had used chicken broth. My husband did not care for it either. I will not be making it again.
