Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding
This is delicious. Definitely will make it again. Comparable and better than restaurant's bread pudding. A nice alternative to standard desserts.

Cider-Roasted Chicken
This is a good recipe. Make sure you put a lid on the chicken when you cook it for the two hours and also after you add the veggies. The bacon adds a nice twist to a great meal.

Double Crust Bean Pie
I would suggest adding more salsa, maybe a cup. I added a can of corn too and it went over well. This was delicious and will become part of my family's more regular meals. It is easy to make and quite filling too.
