Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

I have fixed this one many times! YUM! It is also good for vacation (if you going somewhere that has a kitchen and you will be cooking) because the ingredients are easy to carry with you.

Chicken Tortilla Soup II

This soup is great! Everybody loves it. I did two things differently -- first, I cooked the chicken with the spices in the first step of the recipe so the chicken meat would absorb the flavors. Secondly, I was out of corn tortillas so I used tortilla chips that I just crumbled in the bottom of the bowl before adding the soup. (I felt that the tortillas added at the beginning got too mushy).

Beer Bread I

Haven't ever fixed this that everyone didn't absolutely love it. I was trying to find a recipe to make that would be cheaper than the Tastefully Simple mix so I increased the sugar in this to 1/3 cup and drizzled 3 T. of melted butter over the top before baking. You CANNOT tell the difference between this and their mix.
