West African Chicken Stew
This wasn't bad though I thought it needed more salt, maybe salting the chicken prior to cooking but it tasted a little bland to us.

Tropical Pork Chops
This was very good. I actually followed the recipe to the tee (a first for me) and the only changes I think I'll make next time is to double the sauce and replace the water with the juice from the pineapples. I might even try using crushed pineapple should I not have tidbits on hand.

Slider-Style Mini Burgers
These were really good. They tasted very much like the stroganoff open sandwich I make. I made these for my teenagers New Years Eve party and though our family members enjoyed them several of the teens didn't....thus the 4 rating. I did think they were a little dry, I think next time I will probably add some sour cream to the meat mixture.
