Cookie Balls

These are awesome. Always a hit! Just be sure your cookie "balls" are cold when you dip them otherwise they have a tendency to crumble off.

Low Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

This is very, very good. Just the right consistency, not too thick and not too thin. The spices were very well balanced. I had to use dried parsley and dried dill and it still turned out great. Will definitely make this again.

Bread Machine Challah II

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

This IS "absolutely fabulous", just what I've been searching for. The dressing is very tangy and great on a salad with kalamata olives, cucumbers, tomatoes and feta. I cut the servings down to 10 and it was about the same amount you would get if you bought bottled dressing at the grocery store.

No Bake Cookies I

Love this recipe. This is the only recipe I use for no bake cookies (or cat mess cookies as my husband calls them). These always turn out good.

Whole Grain Waffles

These are absolutely the best waffles my husband and I have eaten. Don't let the "whole grain" part scare you, these are so light and fluffy. I make a double batch and freeze them. When you want to eat them put them in the toaster oven @ 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes and they are soooo good! This is the only waffle recipe I use.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Great recipe. I used my bread machine, assembled the cinnamon rolls the night before then in the morning set them out for about an hour and baked like normal. They turned out soft and fluffy! Will definitely make again!

These tasted good but even after leaving the dough in the freezer overnight it was way to sticky to work with. I had to dust everything with powdered sugar just to get it not to stick.

Quick and Easy Pimento Cheese

Very easy and very good. I did substitute regular mayo for the miracle whip (don't care for the sweetness). I ate this with saltine crackers. Very good!

Tzatziki Sauce

This was good, not as good as at the local Greek restaurant though. I drained the water out of the cucumber before adding it to the yogurt. I think there would have been way too much water if they would not have been drained. Good recipe, goes great with Sean's Falafel.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

The falafel was great! (Can't comment on the sauce -- I didn't make it.) So easy to make. All the other recipes I found called for dry garbanzo beans, soaking them for hours, grinding them up, etc. This one was fast and good. I was a little concerned that the falafel would be greasy since they were fried but they weren't, they were great. Even better the next day. Two thumbs up!
