Sweet and Crunchy Salad
I take the dry noodles and saute them in butter to keep them super crunchy and it is awesome. Everyone always asks for the recipe. I've added chicken/shrimp to make it more of a lunch or dinner entree, which is nice too.

Chili Dog Casserole II
Easy, tasty, budget friendly. You can use manicotti instead of tortillas (just slide the 'dogs into the tube) for a spin on it. Used turkey dogs and turkey chili to cut some fat and still comes out great.

Baked Ziti II
Really good but it got a little dry on me. I had to triple the recipe for a crowd, so maybe I made a mistake somewhere...I may try adding a smidge of half and half or milk next time.
