These taste great!
However, I had to chill the dough for about 45 mins for it to firm up. Be sure to be really quick in making the well when you take it out fresh from the oven or it'll harden up and get harder to work with.
I also halved the choc filling for the cups and still had some more leftover! I'll definitely make some more dough in the future to finish up the good leftover gooey chocolate.
Also, aluminum foil cups were used as i didn't have any mini muffin tins on hand.
