too much cilantro, def add that to suit taste. I always add a few dashes of hot sauce. sometimes add diced cuccumbers.

Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

yummy!!! boyfriend loved loved loved it. even better 2nd day. I used shrimp and scallops. I do suggest a thickening agent. used canned diced tomatoes, onions and minced garlic instead of shallot.

this is the best ever!! tastes exactly like a popper. I added 2 fresh jalapenos to the canned. added a heaping spoonful of sour cream also seaved with toasted french. Great kick, but not painful! I could eat that all day. YUMMY!

Mad Hatter Salad

I did not like this, however others did. It has a strong nut flavor, and I used maybe 1/2 of the amt called for. I dont think I'll make again. I did use broccoli slaw, instead of coleslaw and broccoli chopped. I dont think I like ramen noodles raw.

Lena's Potato Salad

we love deviled eggs, so we loved this. However it took much more dijion/mayo then called for. also, a few dashes of hot sauce and paprika for the deviled egg flavor!! I like this better than the usual potato salad, not everyone felt the same.

Hooley's Devil Stuffed Shrimp

these were gone within 10 mins!!! everybody loved them and agreed they must be made again, but double batch - at least. I found I needed more horseradish and chili sauce to get a true "deviled" taste. I steamed the shrimp in a beer/old bay mixture. SUPER! I could have eaten them all myself!!

Bob's Stuffed Mushrooms

We loved these. Used shrimp and crab instead of clams. might use less bread crumbs next time. def dont need all the butter. The mozz cheese on top gets kinda hard after they cool a little, might skipped that too. These were great though!!!

Dessert Pizza

this is a family fav. with some changes: we use cream cheese, marshmellow fluff, little conf sugar instead of whipped topping. *squirt lime juice on banana slices to slow browning. Usually use lime zest also. Thanks for the starting point!!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Really enjoyed this recipe. I would suggest choosing the low sodium options when available, we found it salty. Then again we did probably double the cheese.

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

I love this recipe. I use the chicken short-cuts from the meat dept. and shred that. its quicker and better flavor then shredding a broiled breast. I serve it with tortilla chips and celery Everybody always loves this at pot-lucks

Puffed Cauliflower Cheese

The egg makes this taste more "brunch" than side dish. I did make changes similar to other reviews. my additions included - 1 cup cheddar and 1 cup pepperjack. onions. groud ham. oh and i did use frozen cauli - not my choice. IF I make again I will decrease or eliminate the egg so it tastes like a veggie! oh and fresh cauli, because I will run to the store next time. haha
