Orange Pecan French Toast
This is a great base recipe...but needed a lot of improvements. I used 1/2 the brown sugar and didn't add any white sugar to the egg mixture. Also used 1/2 cup orange juice and 1 cup milk. I used walnuts instead of pecans. It came out PERFECT! I made it for our Father's day brunch and my family couldn't get enough. It is just sweet enough with the perfect hint of orange.

Cream Puffs
AWESOME recipe! My first time making creme puffs. I made them for a party and they were a huge hit. I added 2 tbs sugar as my only change. I used salted butter and added the salt, so I thought the sugar might balance it out. I did everything else by the recipe. I made small puffs and they were done in about 17 minutes. One batch were bigger and they didn't stay as puffy. I also piped melted chocolate. Delish!!!
