Favorite Banana Blueberry Quick Bread
What a great recipe! I followed the others advice and used applesauce and 1/2 white, 1/2 brown sugar. It made 12 muffins and a small loaf. Definitely a keeper!

Italian Chicken Skillet
We really liked this recipe. The only change was to add mushrooms. Also, to make it a bit more healthy I made it with whole wheat rotini.

Party Pinwheels
I have made several different types of these in the past and this is my least favorite recipe by far. They were finished by the end of the evening but I will not be making them again. I even lowered the amount of the ranch seasoning but I thought they were lacking in taste.
