Fruited Ice Cream
Just starting to play with making our own ice cream and must say that this is the best recipe so far. Great combo of ease and taste.

Grandma's Gingersnaps
These tuned out great. I did add a dash of ground cloves and rolled them in raw sugar instead of refined white, but that is due to personal preference than any issue with the recipe - a tasty one!

Herbed Marinated Lamb Chops
I used Thai basil and up the garlic a bit. Marinated chops for the suggested eight hours. Very tasty and tender.
