Deluxe Waffles
I ran out of waffle mix and was I glad. These were the best waffles I ever had. They were very fluffy and flavorful. My daughter and husband couldn't stop eating them. I usually don't eat waffles but after they raved I tried them and loved them too. Worth every minute. I did add vanilla.

Vegetable Ham Stew
This was a great way to use left over ham instead of the normal bean soup. I don't use a lot of salt in my cooking so this was normal for my family. They added salt on their own. Everyone loved it.

Shrimp Scampi III
We really enjoyed this. I used italian flavored bread crumbs and a little extra garlic. This really created a great flavor. Best recipe I've found for Scampi.
