Butter Bean Burgers
I doubled the recipe and added and extra egg as it seemed dry. As previously suggested....I used seasoned bread crumbs instead of saltines....made into patties and chilled in freezer for 1/2 hour before cooking. Also...used 2 cups of sharp cheddar. Made them because my veggie daughter was here for the weekend, but...everyone loved them. Will be a regular in this house!
