Cabbage Roll Casserole

How could I not make it a 5 star? I make it, freeze it and that gives me a few days of stress free lunches. Any meal that I can stretch for a few days is a meal on my favorite list! Now I did add some spices garlic, italian...either way it all comes out great!

Spinach and Leek White Bean Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2008
Had to give it 5 stars simply because my whole family liked it. I did add a few things, garlic and red pepper flakes, not to mention the rosemary and half the cumin.....plus I made it for lunches so I did not add the Spinach into the soup while it was cooking. Instead I packed it on the side and left instructions with the family to heat the soup first then add the spinach once it was heated. Everything turned out wonderful! Thank your for helping me fit a healthy 'green' into my family's meal!

Lemon Pepper Pasta Seafood

Thank you for this recipe! It makes for a great weekday meal, taking 20 mins to make....but tasting like you slaved all day! I can never find lemon pepper linguine, but the regular kind works fine....this is made a couple of times a month..ATLEAST...my family loves it!

Barbecue Beef Cups

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2004
I added a few things to this to keep it from being bland. I threw in some frozen veggies, the finely chopped kind, some minced garlic and extra BBQ sauce. I also found that using a biscuit mix works just as well as the refrigerated dough. Add some oven roasted potatos and you have yourself a full meal in no time!

Cottage Cheese Spinach Chicken

Reviewed: May 16, 2004
I make this all the time, my family and guests love it! I do change it a little...I add a 'vegetable' spice with a little pepper right into the spinach/cottage cheese mixture. I also use red onions. I then mix in some more spice in the butter before pouring on. I tend to make too much of the spinach mixture which I have used the next night. I have added an 'italian' spice to it and stuffed it in canneloni and used it as a layer in lasagna. Makes a couple of great meals!
