Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade
This is a great chicken marinade. I added several cloves of garlic and let my chicken marinate for 24 hours, then served it with broccoli, brown jasmine rice, and kimchi. Even though I used low-sodium soy sauce, it was still rather salty. Next time I might use less paste and more red pepper flakes (although it's a totally different flavor) or perhaps use less soy sauce.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker
Great! I only had two chops, so I made the sauce as is (except reduced the soy sauce to 1/3 C and added dried habaneros) and put a bag of frozen veggies in to help soak up the sauce. Insanely good! The chops were moist and tender after five hours on low heat.

Ultimate Maple Snickerdoodles
Wonderful!! I used the maple sugar/sugar blend, but substituted splenda in the cookie part. I cooked it for exactly 8 minutes, ended up with 2.5 dozen. Incredibly yummy--this will be a staple in my fall baking.
