Juicy Roasted Chicken

Wow! Whole family has declared this the perfect roasted chicken. I followed the recipe exactly for my first time, found out there's no need to change a thing. My 5 year old, who I usually have to coax to finish 1 serving of chicken, had 3! she also loved the "sauce" (gravy) that I made from the drippings. This will be my go-to recipe for chicken from now on. Yum, sigh.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These cookies made a stranger at a cookout declare her love for me! I make according to recipe, except I don't grease the sheets, just put the dough on my nonstick insulated cookie sheets. I also chill the dough for a couple of hours before baking. Don't overcook in oven, and let them finish cooking on the pans for at least ten minutes before transferring to cooling racks.

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

Made these exactly according to the recipe. They were awesome peanut butter cookies! I agree with reviewers who said not to overcook, cooking for the minimum makes them chewy inside. This will be my go-to recipe for pb cookies from now on.

Awesome marinade! I made exactly according to the recipe, and cut up the chicken breasts and put on skewers. Whole family, including a 2 and 5 year old, ate it up and declared it a keeper.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Easy, fast, delicious. I followed other reviewers suggestions of making a gravy by adding broth and flour/water thickener after cooking the chicken. I also pounded my chicken to make it cook more evenly in the skillet. Great for weeknight.

Waffles I

Love this recipe! Delicious, very easy and I like the convenience of making the batter ahead. Like previous reviewers, I double the sugar and vanilla. Great for breakfast, but I also have added chocolate chips and topped with whipped cream to make dessert waffles for company.

Big Al's Chicken

My whole family loves this recipe! I don't make any changes when I make it, it's just right IMO. Delicous with bone in thighs but I also did skewers of boneless breasts for a party and everyone was asking for the recipe. It reminds me of the grilled chicken our local firemen sold by the roadside for fundraisers in the summer when I was a kid. Really delicous!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

This is my absolute favorite grilled shrimp recipe. It is delicious and so easy to prepare. I agree that is is so good, no sauce is needed. I made this for company and it got rave reviews. Highly recommended!
