Wow! Whole family has declared this the perfect roasted chicken. I followed the recipe exactly for my first time, found out there's no need to change a thing. My 5 year old, who I usually have to coax to finish 1 serving of chicken, had 3! she also loved the "sauce" (gravy) that I made from the drippings. This will be my go-to recipe for chicken from now on. Yum, sigh.

These cookies made a stranger at a cookout declare her love for me! I make according to recipe, except I don't grease the sheets, just put the dough on my nonstick insulated cookie sheets. I also chill the dough for a couple of hours before baking. Don't overcook in oven, and let them finish cooking on the pans for at least ten minutes before transferring to cooling racks.
