Flattened out really bad the first batches immediately after mixing. Froze for 3 days and they turned out awesome!!

Great recipe. I use applesauce instead of sugar. Super tasty. Also, whip the egg whites(after removing yolks), it adds that extra bit of fluffiness!

Amazing! Watch cooking time. I had some gooey spots. I also chocolate chips...mmmm. Fixed gooey spots by putting it in two bread pans...now perfect!!!
