Followed recipe exactly and mine didn't crisp the way I like it. Tried again and just put it under broiler and watched it closely the entire time and it turned out perfect.

Sweet Russian Cabbage Soup

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Yummy! I made my own tortilla chips to go with this and it was so good. If you use too spicy of salsa, the sour cream will help to bring down the hotness.

Lentil Chili

Great way to use lentils. I used ground beef and beef broth instead of the turkey and chicken broth because it's what we had. It turned out great. Husband loved it. Good man-meal!

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

I hate lamb and this was so so good. It was way easier than it sounds from the title and my husband loved it too. Very good recipe. Just be carefull w/the shallots...mine burned up really fast because the pan was so hot from the chops. (my fault, not the recipes)Was still very good without the shallots.

Aussie Chicken

This was good recipe and was really close to the restuarant style that is one of my favorite things to order there. It was very flavorful, but maybe a bit too rich. Also I would cut the portion size down to roughly the size of a deck of cards. This recipe is something definetly worth trying.

Spaghetti Skillet Dinner

This was a fairly easy recipe and it was good, but not great. If you are looking to make a quick meal for your family this is a great choice, but I wouldn't recomend it for guests or a dinner party.

Divine Spaghetti Sauce

This was an excellent recipe. I did not have any problems with the thickness of the sauce as some have suggested. I thought it was great just the way it was as did my family. Also, I prepared the ingredients just as the recipe suggested and then I put it in the crock pot to cook all day instead of leaving it on the stove. It was just as good and I didn't have to worry about it.
