Potato and Shiitake Mushroom Gratin

I had this for x-mas and it was so wonderfull. It had so much flavor. my kids wanted to eat all the mushrooms. I will make this again. Faboulus.

I did not love the topping on this fish. but the fish was great so we just took off the topping.

Awesome Crab Soup

I made this for x-mas dinner and it was great. My whole family really enjoyed it. even my 7 yrs who hates most soups. easy to make.
