Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Great recipe...turned out great. The only thing I'll do different next time is use honey graham crackers instead of cinnamon...the cinnamon took away from the cheesecake flavor

Beef Peach Pie
I'm not usually a fan of meatloaf so I thought I'd try something different and I was definitely pleased! Loved the taste of the peaches with the meat...great combo. The only thing I did different was use a pie crust, which I also really loved. Will be making this again as my new meatloaf recipe. Thank you!

Avocado Soup with Chicken and Lime
I am not usually a fan of soup with broth and lots of vegetables (I'm more of a creamy/cheesy soup kind of person)... but I love avocados and lime so I thought I'd give this a try. And WOW!!! This is now my number one favorite soup. I make it at least once a week, using leftover chicken, or lemon marinated chicken. Doesn't matter, it's good no matter what. It's the no fail soup. Love it, love it, love it. Thank you so much!
