Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze
My husband made this last night for Valentine's Day/Anniversary dinner with mashed potatoes and asparagus.... It beat anything we could have had in a restaurant! Delicious!!

Carne Adovada
This recipe is awesome! I cook about 1 1/2 pounds of meat for 3 1/2 hours. Other than that, I follow the recipe exactly.

Mom's Carne Guisada
This is very, very good! I cut the recipe in half since there is just 2 of us and now I wish I wouldn't have! I did add extra cumin and red pepper flakes to spice it up. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
