Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Absolutely the best! I cut the recipe in half, added 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 TABLESPOONS of PURE VANILLA. I kept the dough in the frig in between batches. Used an ice cream scoop for uniformed cookies (yielded 24 nice size cookies). Baked on parchment paper at 325 degrees for 18 minutes (turning at 9 minutes) and they not only look great...but taste great as well. Thanks for a great recipe!
