Unbaked Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
My Kids Enjoyed them. I gave them a 4 because I didn't like them too much.

Sweet Potato Pie from EAGLE BRAND(R)
It was a fairly good sweet potatoe pie. It just wasn't firm enough for me.

Creamy Lemon Cake
This cake was very easy and delicious. I used a Lemon box cake from Duncan Hines and instead of water I used milk and I also added a tsp of orange extract, (I had no lemon on hand). The icing was the best thing of all, We could have eaten it by itself. Thanks for the recipe.
