Clone of a Cinnabon

Yumm! These were so good and such a hit with the fam! One note: make sure to make these in a 9x12 brownie pan so they stay together and moist. Remove from pan and seperate right away otherwise you'll have the ugliest, but most delish cinn rolls ever :)

Chicken Marsala

Yumm, yumm, yumm! I did it just slightly different: I left out the Sherry and used only Marsala; I used 2 whole packages of mushrooms to cram extra veggies in there; I skipped dredging the chicken in flour and instead just sprinkled with salt, pepper and oregano on the chicken itself before adding to the pan; I also removed some of the wine sauce while it was cooking, mixed in a little bit of flour to thicken it and mixed it back in the rest...thickened up perfectly and was delish served over spaghetti. I'll definitely make again!

Three-Cheese Potatoes

This turned out really yummy!!! I did have to make a couple of changes: I only had small red potatoes on hand, but they added a nice flavor; I didn't have chives, so I left them out; and, lastly, I LOVE romano cheese so I substituted that for the parm and used about 1/4 cup (instead of the 3 tbs). Ultimately, the flavor was delish and the Hubs loved it too :o) Thanks!

Oranged Cranberry Sauce

So DELICIOUS!!! I did have to simmer for closer to 2 hours,but I think that's because you don't need to add the full 2 cups of water (hold the cranberries down with your hand while pouring the water so that you can really see how much you need). It was so heavenly...It's now the cranberry sauce of my family's thanksgiving and christmas dinners :)

Risotto with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Mozzarella

All in all I thought the flavor was delicious. I'm pretty sure that I followed the recipe to a "T" but somehow or another it ended up taking about 90 minutes to cook the rice! I will try this again, as it did turn out really tasty in the end, I'll just make a couple adjustments! Thanks for the recipe!

Pile of Prawns

This is so delicious and totally simple!! Only one change...DON’T use as much salt as the recipe calls for – it’s way too much!!! Just use to taste. Also, it's excellent if you pour the oil and butter from the pan over some Orzo Pasta (the one that looks like rice) and serve that along with the Prawns! Thanks for the recipe!!

Stuffed Mushrooms I

My Dad made this recipe for Christmas and it was AMAZING!!!! He didn't use nearly as much cream cheese and added some parmesan cheese into the mix. So good! I can't wait to make again!

Cavatelli and Broccoli

I love this recipe! IT's so simple and easy. I prefer to use butter in place of the olive oil though, using just a little olive oil is needed though so that the butter doesn't burn.

Awesome Roast Beef

I added a can of garlic mushroom soup as well as the broth and the regular cream of mushroom soup. It ended up more like a stew, and the meat was melt in your mouth. It was absolutely delicious and quickly became the favorite dinner in my house.
