Banana Oat Muffins

Oh man...these were a hit! I added a little cinnamon and all spice, tossed in some chocolate chips and they turned out fabulous.

A Simply Perfect Roast Turkey

It was truly unbelievable how well this turned out. I made a butter rub with poultry seasoning and fresh herbs to spread under the skin while it roasted and the flavor was outstanding.

I made this last year and got nothing but raves back from all my friends and family. Even from people who don't like sweet potatoes. A friend who was going through a nasty divorce said that the one thing he was going to miss about his ex was her sweet potatoes. Now he doesn't have to miss even that because these are better.

Thai Green Curry Chicken

I loved this recipe. Make sure you have all your ingredients ready to use because timing can be tricky but very easy overall. I also added bamboo shoots, baby corn and water chestnuts. Oh man. I'm drooling again.

Best Breakfast Cookie

i used two small containers of prune baby food instead of puree and water. very yummy. kids thought i'd lost my mind serving them cookies for breakfast.
