Angel's Old Fashioned Beef Stew

I followed this recipe pretty much as it was. The only change I made was that I used chicken stock instead of beef stock because that was what I had. Even with the chicken stock, it turned out really good. It had a lot more flavor than it looked like it might. My youngest son told me it was the best stew he ever tasted and asked if I'd make again the next night.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

This was super easy and the flavor is excellent. Yes, it's very sweet but I'd say that's because it's fudge. It sets up pretty quickly but I had a taste tester in it before it was even fully set. It passed the test. I'm thinking of drizzling chocolate on it next time, or maybe a layer of chocolate on top.

Southwestern Vegetarian Pasta

I don't know why the others had problems with it turning out dry or with no flavor. I added a little less chili powder and I'll admit that I did add sliced sausage and it was really good. Everyone loved it and I'll definitely make this again.

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup

This is one of my favorite recipes. I make it more like chicken soup than vegetable soup. After I add the peanut butter, I let it cook longer than the time stated and it loses that peanut butter taste but adds a much deeper flavor to the broth. It's very good.

Oriental Chicken Broccoli

This is a very versatile recipe. I added garlic, pepper, red pepper and onion flakes to boost up the flavor a bit. I've made it with chicken and also with shrimp. It's easily adjusted to what you have in your pantry.

Sugar Coated Pecans

This is a great recipe. It was a bit easier for me to put the egg white in a gallon ziploc bag and the sugar mix in a bag and put the pecans in the egg white and flip it around and then dump them in the sugar and flip it around. A lot less clean up that way too. Great flavor.
