Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
what a joy this was! i doubled the recipe and subbed one can of corn for creamed corn and also one can of chicken stock was replaced with cream of chicken soup (with one can of water). i added a can of diced green chili's and some frozen veggies. topped with cheese and sour cream. also, i fried up some strips of corn tortillas in a little olive oil until crispy and golden and put them in the bottom of a soup mug and topped with the soup.
this really is absolutely delicious! i did spice with a little cumin and dried basil and chili powder. thanks for the recipe!
