Unbelievable Chicken
Really Good chicken! I was amazed that it didn't dry out on the grill. I kept the breasts whole so that increased the cooking time, but over all it was a wonderful summer meal. The leftovers were great on salads! Also, Lemon and Lime juice actually tenderizes the chicken. It would never toughen it.
