I am a single mother of two children, aged 18 and 22. I am enjoying a new found love of cooking and it brings me together with good friends. I put together a lasagna recipe that people seem to really love! I also love trying new recipes of old favorites; tuna casserole, meatloaf, pot roast and mac & cheese. I never had family cooking traditions, but my best friend(s) are sharing with me and we cook together different evenings. We have put together recipes and those that have been in the family for years. It's great fun and lets us spend time together! I cook large Holiday dinners on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
