OMG! This is unbelievable! I THINK you should go for the 8X8 pan! and not 9X13, this is made to be thick and juicy! the topping is unbelievable! and what i did, i had a jar of smuckers caramel, nuked it for 45-50 mins, pour some over the apples and the topping, you dont need much, this is a very filling desert! p.S my husband doesnt like apple crisp (cinnamon thing!) He loved this dessert! and i served it with a big dollop of cool whip! mmmmmm

Monday Night Hot Wing Dip

Made this for a sunday packer game, baked it at my sisters house, and we couldnt get away from this stuff! I got rave reviews. I also added a can of drained rotel with chilis, excellent!!

this is really good, i have made this before, but if you can find an onion bread, and use brie cheese and cook this as a grilled cheese its awsome!

Herb Roasted Pork

This is excellent! I used this on a pork roast, I also used balsamic vinegar, My husband just raved about it! Make sure you make extra sauce. Thanks for the great recipe!

Mom's Texas Delight

I make this with white chocolate pudding and a layer of chocolate fudge pudding, and when you add the rest of the whipped cream i top it off with walnuts (chopped) and chocolate shavings, a beautiful dessert to bring to gatherings.

Ooey Goey Cake

Ok, these are great tasting bars! I did cut back on the powdered sugar like the other reviews said, to about 2 1/4 cups, and added 2 Tbls of lemon juice, the fam loved them!

Ground Beef 'n' Biscuits

I was at a loss on what to make for dinner and this sounded interesting, and my family LOVED IT! I used green giant frozen mixed veggies, and and extra can of tomato soup with the sauce. and i also used the jumbo biscuits. this was and awsome dish and unfortunately NO leftovers!

Spicy Bean Salsa

Thai Chicken Pizza

Ok. My Husband was a little leary when I said I was trying this recipe, but while I was mixing up the sauce, he said it smelled pretty good. I had 2 chicken breast that I had already been marinated in roasted garlic, I have to say that my husband and my 13 year old son and myself LOVED this pizza! I also cut back on the P.B. and it was awsome! p.s I used Boboli crust. thanks for the recipe, its a keeper!

Chocolate Frosting II

this is a great frosting! it was a little scary when i added the cocoa mixture, it ended up like little peas, until I added the milk, it frosted a 13x9 cake wonderfully! I cut the powder suger down to 3 cups, thanks for the great recipe!

Becky's Chicken Salad

I went shopping and bought a mongo pack of chicken breast that were on sale, after marinating them and grilling all of them, I needed a recipe fast! this one caught my eye, 1-because I look for the best reviews and 2- becky is my name also, followed this to a T, and it is a wonderful chicken salad!! Low Carb Cheesecake

I brought this to a girls weekend since everyone is on the low carb diet, they thought the flavor was ok, but the texture was really grainy, maybe I didnt beat it long enough , but I dont think I will try it again. sorry
