Baked Apple Pudding
I had to grate all the apples by hand, which was kind of a pain. But it was a delicious recipe.

Super Swiss Steak
We loved this recipe. Very simple. The meat was tender and delicious. I used tomato soup and fire roasted diced tomatoes.
