Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
I'm in Texas so my family is pretty picky when it comes to these enchiladas. I made the recipe as is the first time and it was pretty good(4 stars). Second time around I added chili powder, cumin and cayenne to the chicken + jalapeno and it was a 5 star for us(of course we like spicy!

Candied Chicken Breasts
Awesome recipe, I added some chili sauce to make it a little spicy. Instead of frying I baked it after breading(in convection oven). After it got a little crispy I poured the sauce on it. It turned out great. My family liked it. Thanks for the recipe.

Sweet and Sour Pork III
This is a great recipe. To cut down on time I use a packaged tempura mix to bread the pork. My family loves this and asks for it all the time.
