I am an proud wife of a retired injured veteran. He came back from Irac and was medically retired. I have three kids, two dogs, three cats, and a lizard. I homeschool and take care of my husband who is partially wheelchair bound. My relaxation time is in the kitchen creating wonderful treats for all of them. I love to cook from scratch. I love cooking the old recipes from my granmother. Learning a new recipe or technique and actually getting it right. My first Christmas dinner on my own as a new married wife. I tried the to take on too much too soon and not much was eddible. I can laugh about it now but it was awful then.
