Ham 'n' Cheese Potato Bake
was good, but next time i'll add more potatoes as it was a bit liquidy. good taste, tho!

Mushroom Salisbury Steak
6 stars!!!!!!!!!! i made it in the microwave and it was great! just as good as doing it in the skillet only easier!!! i used fresh mushrooms and made my own beef broth instead of using canned! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
