It was delicious! Even my 17-month old that eats nothing had a few bites and didn't spit it out. My husband hates cream cheese so I didn't tell him it was in here and I don't think he even noticed. I did add a little extra enchilada sauce (green) and about 3 TB of salsa so the sauce was a bit runny. Next time I will try red sauce. I saved the extra sauce for pasta tomorrow.

World's Best Lasagna

I think this would have been a 5 if I did things a little differently. I didn't have sweet sausage so used hot. It was way too salty for me but my husband thought it was OK. Next time, sweet sausage, no water, only 1 tsp salt, fresh mozzarella, and won't cook the noodles.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I could only get 3.9 lb roast so I only did one can of soup. I added some garlic powder and whole pepper too. It came out pretty good but I thought it was dry. This could mean I still needed the other can of soup.

Citrus-Ginger Tuna Steaks

My grandpa caught some albacore tuna so we used this marinade on the steaks. It was delicious and easy to make! Great for a summer evening. I served it with basmati rice that had soy sauce and grilled bananas mixed it.

Baked Chicken and Onions

Excellent and easy. I put a lot of the seasoning on it and added garlic powder. Plus I covered with foil to trap the moisture and others had recommended. I will make this again.

Pepperoncini Beef

This was delicious! Super simple and so yummy. We served it on kaiser rolls with provolone and grilled peppers and onions. I couldn't get enough! We had some friends over that I've served a horrible meal to before and this was the chance to redeem myself and I did! They were very happy. Next time I will use a jar of pre-sliced pepperoncinnis.
