I am divorced, but in a relationship now. I have 4 children and 2 grandchilden, and a cat. I was raised as a meat,veg, and potoe child. Now clean your plate for dessert. Well at 58, habits have to change. But i love to cook the fudge at the holidays. Oh, the sweets are always my favorite. with the up coming holidays. the fudge and needams, are the favorites. My kids love my pancakes and fudgy browies. but the mashed potato is my kids favorite. My favorites would have to be lasagna with homemade sauce, of course. On Christmas morning, I always made the homemade cinnamon buns with the icing, to start the mornings off. Pumpkin pie. and apple pie for turkey time any pastry or fudges.I guess the best would have to be chocolate chip cookies. can't go wrong on that. one day i wanted to make peanut butter fudge. But it was a very Hot day. the fudge never harden. so it became peanut butter frosting for a chocolate cake instead.Very high test cake that day.
