Easy Slow Cooker Pork Chops
My husband thought this was good "bland food for days when you're sick." I didn't like this at all - far too sweet and not much flavor otherwise. If we make this again, I'll dice some fresh apples, add seasonings (apple pie spice + cayenne + ?), toss in the juice of one lemon and some brown sugar instead of the canned filling. The onions had a good flavor, but the sweet potatoes didn't soften even after 2 1/2 hours in the Crock Pot on high.

Easy Creamy Pork Tenderloin
I didn't care for this at all. I added Montreal Chicken Seasoning and some veggies, then used 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom. The taste was still bland - nothing enticing, particularly considering the cost of pork tenderloin. It is one of our favorite cuts of meat, but this recipe just didn't do anything for it. I would not make this again.

Blueberry Brie
I've made this several times and it's always wonderful. It's a great excuse to use those odd jams and jellies that always call my name in the store. We recently tried this with Habanero-Peach jelly, and it was unbelievable. It also made great sandwiches the next day with leftover caramelized onions...or bacon...or...wait...there go my arteries....
