Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
Yummy! I, too, used 1 T soy sauce and 2 T balsamic vinegar. It was delish- I can't wait to try this on green beans!

Antipasto Pasta Salad
I love balsamic vinegar but I think next time I'll make this with red wine vinegar instead or use regular Italian dressing. It had an odd look to it. Thanks :o)

Asian Salad
Very Tasty addition to the Easter buffet! To save time I used 1 1/2 bags cole slaw mix. 1/4 cup olive oil was plenty, and I added one packet of ramen seasoning to the dressing. I had several request for the recipe. This is definitely a keeper! :o)
