Wonderful! We all loved this chicken. I used boneless chicken breasts and added the vinegar about 10-15 minutes before taking it out of the oven. This added a little extra flavor. My 3 year old kept saying "this is great chicken, mom" and that is very rare. Quick and great tasting-what more could you ask for?

I only gave this recipe 4 stars because I had to add some of my own spices to make it really good. It did turn out great but I added more garlic, some oregano, and some basil towards the last hour because I thought it was rather bland. I also had to add some more beef base in order to make gravy (I made mashed potatoes instead of the yukon gold) In the end, everyone had seconds and believe me, I have a very tough crowd.

These potatoes were very good! I am always looking for new ways to make potatoes and these will be a new favorite. An added bonus is the fact that they are so easy to make. Try it, you'll like it!
