To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Very moist, tasty 'cake-like' muffin.

Rolled Fondant
Excellent consistency and flavour. I used this for my sister's wedding cake and it was a hit with all 100 guests! It's much better than the Wilton fondant - and much easier to color and roll out.

Maple-Poppy Seed Dressing
Wow, this dressing is incredible. I too used fat free mayonnaise and splenda in place of sugar. Served with fresh baby green salad. A new staple in my fridge!
