About this Cook
Baking is my passion, sharing the end result with others makes it all complete. I also love to decorate cakes, cookies and anything else that comes from the oven.
My cooking tragedies
Being on the phone while putting a recipe together, never works, never will.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I have made these at least 50 times, I use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla and add coconut and vanilla, the very best.

Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Scones
Perfect for something quick and really good. I added to the base chocolate chips, vanilla and pecans. In 20 minutes it was happily all gone by friends and family who all wanted more. I will use the base to make others, lemon, apples etc. Thanks for this recipe.

Southern Peach Cobbler
This is 5 stars if your in a hurry. I really missed a bottom and top crust that cobblers are known for even though this topping was great, we just prefer crust. I used 2 large cans of drained sliced peaches and that worked out great. The peach recipe itself was 5 stars, using splenda let me eat more.
