Pineapple Pork Chops
We really enjoyed the glaze but next time will have it with smoked ham rather than pork.

Twice Baked Potatoes
These were pretty good. I made too many and we ended up having them with dinner twice. They lasted well overnight and heated up in the microwave fine. A little dry, but baked potatoes always tend to be.

Unbelievable Chicken
Either I really messed this up (entirely possible) or this is just not our thing. It just tasted sort of funny. Sorry to not be more specific, but we really couldn't pinpoint the flavor malfunction in this marinade.
