This was delicious!! I was so excited to try it that I burned my mouth...lol, but it was still good and even my DH, who hates vegetables, finished his bowl and agreed that it was yummy. I love the fact that you can pretty much make it with whatever vegetables your family prefers. A very flexible recipe.

Anniversary Chicken I

This was amazing! Only change I made was that I used real bacon instead of the bits. Aside from that, I wouldn't change a thing. Excellent!

Chicken Parmigiana

This was pretty good. Not spectacular. I felt like the chicken needed more. The spaghetti sauce and cheese was not enough flavor on the chicken, it sounds weird I know. Maybe if you use seasoned bread crumbs it would help give the chicken some more flavor.

Best Brownies

For some reason I really didn't like this. I think it could of been the cocoa I was using. Not for sure. Also, I would cut the frosting amount in half. It made way too much.

American Lasagna

Layered Macaroni Casserole

This was very delicious. I used more Parmesan then the recipe called for and it was so good. Prep time is a little long but definitely worth it. I had it for dinner last night and breakfast this morning. Tastes even better reheated. Thanks!
