I followed others reviews by adding Wilton Gel color into the warm marshmallow and then adding everything into the K.A. mixer, mixing with the dough hook. This was my first time making fondant, and I was a little nervous, but it turned out so fantastic. If I can make this, anyone can make this. I love this recipe. Thank you so much for sharing Kiele.

Corn Bread Hamburger Pie

We thought that this was an average meal. I personally did not care for the texture of the corn bread after it had been cooked on top of the hamburger mixture. It could of used more seasoning. I did add a can of corn and about a cup of sharp cheddar.

Banana Oatmeal Cookie

Super moist, and such an easy to prepare. I simply threw the brown bananas into the mixer and mixed with the rest of the ingredients. There was no need to mash them before hand. I opted not to add nuts, but maybe next time with the addition of chocolate chips would be good too.

Chiles Rellenos Pie

We really did not care much for this recipe. This was way too eggy, it was like quiche in my opinion. I followed the recipe exactly as written. It was really bland. I thought it could use some salt, and some kick. I have to say that I have had better Chiles Rellenos recipe.

Busy Day Barbeque Brisket

What did I do wrong? I thought that this was too spicy, and over seasoned. Maybe next time I will cut the cayenne in half,along with the pepper. I guess I am used to a sweeter BBQ. I can't say that it was not tender.

Waffle Cookies II

I omitted the nuts too. These are super easy to make, and taste great to boot. My kids love them, and are now asking for Chocolate Waffles. Will make again.

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This Chili is really good. There are so many layers of flavor. I followed the recipe with only one minor change, I add a whole bottle of beer (did not want to throw the rest down the drain). I did not know what type of green chili to add to the chile, so I decided on an poblano chile pepper and what a great choice.

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

These cookies tasted good, but the consistency was just dreadful. I dont know if it is because I used natural peanut butter, but they were crumbly from the beginning. I could barely keep them together enough to put on the cookie sheet. I made 24 cookies, and then could not stand it anymore and pitched the rest of the dough.

Peanut Butter Noodles

This is so addicting. This is the second time in one week that I have been asked to make this recipe. I added some thinly sliced red peppers to the noodles. Absolutely Amazing. Great flavor of Salty, Sweet, and Spicy.

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Absolutely Amazing. My family could not say enough about these chicken fingers. I also took the advice of another member, and after I tossed them in the breadcrumb mixture, I re-dipped them into the egg/buttermilk mixture and then re-coated them again in the crumb mixture. I also substituted Panko bread crumbs for ordinary bread crumbs and they came out so crispy. My family insists on these fingers over the local restaurant ones. I served it with the “Honey mustard Dressing II" from this site.

Oven Brown Rice

What did I do wrong? Even after 1 hour and 10 min., there was so much liquid and the rice was still under cooked. The flavor was great. Will try again
